All of our milk, yogurt and cream are provided by Central Oregon dairy cows.

Our bacon, beef, chicken & salmon are smoked in Deschutes County.

All of our pancake & waffle batters are made daily using Oregon fresh eggs, milk or buttermilk and flour.

Pure, Grade A Maple syrup arrives directly from Greensboro, Vermont.
